Mold Development: Determine the mold dimensions and type.

Framework Dimensions: Confirm the key dimensions of the framework.

Rubber Material: Confirm the rubber material and conduct internal tests, including verification of rubber hardness, vulcanization characteristics, tensile strength, wear resistance, resilience and other properties.

Trial-produce prototypes in accordance with the standards confirmed in the technical & process review, and record the production process and operating procedures.

Conduct a full-dimensional inspection of the prototypes upon completion.

If the dimensions are qualified, conduct an oil seal fatigue test, track the entire process, and generate a test report.

After confirming that both dimensions and test verification are up to standard, generate a mold trial report for filing. The production workshop will arrange pilot production based on the data in the mold trial report.

Formulate process flow cards and process standards based on the data in the mold trial report, and ensure production staff are fully aware of operational precautions.

Conduct small-scale pilot production, implement 100% full inspection of product appearance and dimensions. Prepare for mass production only after confirming all products are qualified.

During mass production, the first finished sample shall undergo 100% dimensional inspection.

In the production process, quality inspectors conduct daily patrol checks and random sampling inspection.
