Quality Inspection Process
Quality Inspection Process
There are 4 inspection steps in the factory, covering the whole process from raw material control to finished product delivery.
Incoming Material Inspection
Vulcanization Inspection
Trimming Inspection
Finished Product Inspection
Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of incoming raw materials is inspected. Uninspected raw materials are not allowed to be warehoused. Any unqualified products found after warehousing must be isolated immediately and recorded in the account, so as to ensure strict control over raw material quality.
Vulcanization Inspection
Patrol inspection is carried out during the vulcanization process to check for product appearance defects.
Trimming Inspection
Patrol inspection is conducted during the trimming process to verify product dimensions and lip trimming size.
Inspection Equipment Calibration
Finished products require strict quality testing, and meanwhile, all quality inspection equipment must be calibrated on a regular cycle to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- 01
Internal Calibration of Measuring Tools: All measuring tools are calibrated weekly in-house.
- 02
Third-Party Calibration: Measuring tools are sent to qualified third-party institutions for regular calibration to ensure the accuracy of inspection data.
